In Loving Memory of Ryan Candice
Project Wake Up & the Candice family will be hosting the thrid annual Ryan J. Candice Memorial Tournament Saturday, September 29, 2018 @ the Course at Forest Park. Our hope is that you will join us on the course to remember Ryan and to help us in our efforts to eradicate the stigma towards mental health.
General information:
$125 per player, $500 per team
4 player scramble
Beer, Lunch AND Dinner included with cost (Provided by Candicci's Italian Resturant)
Itinerary:
Check-in starts at 11:00am
Lunch will be served at 12:00pm
Tee off at 1:30pm
Dinner will be served at 6:00pm
Your participation and support will help us fund the post-production of our upcoming documentary film and upcoming installments of the Ryan J. Candice Memorial Scholarship, which endows graduate-level mental health social work students at the University of Missouri. As we continue our journey to end the stigmas around mental illness and suicide, we are partnering with more organizations and hosting more events both locally and nationally, which your generous contributions will also help facilitate.
Both 2016 and 2017's tournaments were met with widespread acclaim and sold out quickly, so don't hesitate to sign up your teams immediately and capture early-bird pricing!

Parking is provided at the course.

May I registering individually?
You must be a part of a foursome to play this year, but you may register for said foursome individually. Please register each individual team member under one name or specific team name. If you have any concerns, contact a team member via an email to wakeupdocumentary@gmail.com.
When does early bird pricing end?
The first eighteen foursomes to register, either via an individual or as a group, will receive early-bird pricing.
Can I sponsor the tournament?
YES! Several sponsorship options are available:

Individual Hole Sponsorship: $150 (Includes family/corporate sign at hole)
