In Loving Memory of Ryan Candice

Project Wake Up & the Candice family will be hosting the second annual Ryan J. Candice Memorial Tournament Saturday, August 19, 2017 @ the Course at Forest Park. Our hope is that you will join us on the course to remember Ryan and to help us in our efforts to eradicate the stigma towards mental health.

General information:

• $125 per player, $500 per team

• Early Bird Pricing: $110 per player, $440 per team (EB PRICING ENDS 07/09)
  

• 4 player scramble. 

• Beer, Lunch AND Dinner included with cost (Provided by Candicci's Italian Resturant)

Itinerary:

• Check-in starts at 11:00am

• Lunch will be served at 12:00pm 

• Tee off at 1:30pm

• Dinner will be served at 6:00pm 

Your participation and support will help us fund the distribution of our upcoming documentary film and will also go towards the installment of the Ryan J. Candice Memorial Scholarship which we hope to have ready for the 2018-19 school year. This scholarship will be available to Mizzou students pursuing careers in psychology, psychiatry and mental health social work. We intend to continue our journey through our 501(c)(3) status and serve college campuses as an educational tool and outlet for students and faculty alike for years to come.

What is the event itenerary?

May I registering individually?

You must be a part of a foursome to play this year, but you may register for said forsome individually. Please register each individual team member under one name or specific team name.  If you have any concerns, contact a team member via an email to wakeupdocumentary@gmail.com.  

When does early bird pricing end?

Early bird pricing will end July 19th

When is the last day I can sign up?

August 9th. 

Can I sponsor a hole?

YES!  Several sponsorship options are available:

Platinum Event Sponsorship is available for $1000 (contact us for more details!)

Hole Sponsorship: $140 (Includes family/corporate sign at hole) 

Hole & Welcome Sign Sponsorship: $200 (includes sign at hole, logo on welcome banner, and additional printed media)
